Common questions

Is this a legal compliance certification?

No. This is a screening aid. It shows you matches and possible matches against 5 official sanctions lists. You review each result and make your own compliance decision. It is not legal advice.

Which lists are checked?

OFAC SDN, the US Consolidated Screening List, the EU Consolidated Sanctions List, the UK Sanctions List, and the UN Security Council Consolidated List. All 5 lists run on every tier, including the free check — no tier gets fewer lists.

Where is my data processed and stored?

Processing happens in the EU only. Uploaded files and generated reports are deleted no later than 24 hours after upload. Your data is never used to train any AI model.

Is this a subscription?

No. Each batch tier is a one-time payment for one screening job. There is no recurring charge and no expiry on your downloaded report.

What if I need to screen more names later, or on a schedule?

Buy another batch tier whenever you need one. A monthly monitoring subscription is planned for a later phase, but it is not available yet — we do not promise features that are not built.

How current are the sanctions lists?

Each of the 5 lists is refreshed on its own daily cron pull from the official source. Every report and every free check shows the exact timestamp used per list, so you can see how current the data was at the time you screened.

EU-only processing

All processing runs in the EU. GDPR applies. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request.

24-hour auto-delete

Uploaded files and generated reports are removed no later than 24 hours after upload.
